Step 10
In this step, we explore the final part of Lausannes Fourfold Vision emphasising the call of Jesus to bear witness to his Kingdom in every sphere of our lives.
As the most vivid present expression of the kingdom of God, the Church is the community of the reconciled who no longer live for themselves, but for the Saviour who loved them and gave himself for them. - The Cape Town Commitment
Kingdom Impact in every Sphere of Society - Vinoth Ramachandra
Michael Oh shares his heart about the movement’s vision for kingdom impact in every sphere of society. By God’s design, believers each have access to unique spheres of influence—many of them being workplaces which vocational church ministers may never have access to.
Our dynamic issue networks unite experts and practitioners to innovate, collaborate, and drive global Christian mission, mobilising the global church in its multifaceted calling.
Effective progress on urgent, complex issues requires a collective approach, forming global networks for collaborative action in the Kingdom of God.

In the third of three collaborative action workshops, we will explore the art and practice of collaborative leadership. We will discuss and interact around the biblical calling of a collaborative leader as well as the crucial roles, functions, and values of a collaborative leader. We’ll also explore the differences between collaborative and hierarchical (organisational) approaches to leadership. Leaders will leave with a clearer understanding of the role and practice of collaborative leadership and where they can best contribute in a collaborative action team.
