Registration
Arrival
We recommend arriving on Saturday 21 September. The Congress begins on Sunday 22 September.
We recommend arriving on 21 September to allow time to check into your hotel and register before the Congress starts. On Sunday 22 September, dinner will begin at 17:00, followed by the opening ceremony at 18:30. Arrival shuttles will be available on 21-22 September from the airport. See below for more details.
Onsite Registration
All participants will need to register upon arrival before attending the Congress. Registration is open on 21 and 22 September from 09:00–18:00 at the Songdo Convensia.
Departure
The closing ceremony ends at 13:00 on Saturday 28 September.
Departure shuttles will be available from 13:00 on Saturday 28 September. More details about departure shuttles will be announced soon.
Logistics

Flights & Travel insurance
We recommend that you purchase your flight to Incheon International Airport (ICN) no later than July 2024.

visa
Some countries require a visa to visit South Korea. Please review the visa requirements for your country of nationality and consider the processing time.
The deadline to request digital invitation letters is 22 August 2024. The deadline for physical or notarised copies is 31 July 2024.

Please view our hotel bookings page to view our recommended accommodation options. Daily shuttles to the Congress will be provided from these hotels.

Meals
Breakfast
Breakfast is either included in your hotel booking or will be for your own arrangement.
Please note that breakfast will not be provided at the Songdo Convensia.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided each day starting on Monday 23 September until Saturday 28 September.
Please share your dietary requirements through the logistics survey found by logging into the user portal.
Dinner
Dinner will be provided each day starting on Sunday 22 September until Friday 27 September.

The Fourth Lausanne Congress will be held at the Songdo Convensia in Incheon, South Korea.
