As we journey towards 2050, the need for a comprehensive, coordinated, and collaborative global mission has never been more pressing. In a landmark event that unites over 10,000 men and women from diverse backgrounds to consider gaps and opportunities in global mission, the global church converges in Incheon, South Korea for the Fourth Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization.
On behalf of the Korean Preparatory Committee (KPC) I am delighted that the Fourth Lausanne Congress will be held in Incheon, South Korea, and am honoured to serve as co-chair of the Organizing Committee.
In this era of rapid change in global mission, I am confident that the Fourth Lausanne Congress will be a very important turning point in mission history and for the fulfillment of the Great Commision.
The KPC, together with many leaders from Asia and around the world, are preparing to host this congress with tremendous joy and passion. We pray that leaders in world mission from every nation will be able to participate and be enriched by this very important congress.
Three Ways to Engage
Our Movement
The Fourth Lausanne Congress will be catalytic in advancing the Movement’s fourfold vision — the gospel for every person, disciple-making churches for every people and place, Christ-like leaders for every church and sector, and kingdom impact in every sphere of society.
Since 1974 the Lausanne Movement has connected influencers and ideas to form God-inspired, catalytic connections within and across regions, generations, and shared interests. We invite you to join us.
We invite you to explore key congress themes, network with fellow participants, and prepare to collaborate and take action. Amplify your impact in God’s mission; arrive not just inspired, but fully equipped.
The Fourth Lausanne Congress is an integral part of a broader strategic process. Since 2019 the Lausanne Movement has been engaged in a multi-year, global, polycentric process called Lausanne 4 (L4). The objective of L4 is to catalyse the collaboration of the global church towards the discipling of the nations and the shaping of the world in 2050. We believe it is intrinsic to God’s mission that the global church declare and display Christ together to a watching world. However, the global church has lacked a truly comprehensive, coordinated and collaborative global mission.

A renewed commitment to collaborative action
The Congress is a unique opportunity for the global body of Christ to stand as one around a united call to Let the Church Declare and Display Christ Together
